What Inventory Do We Accept?

Clear standards mean no guesswork—circulation starts with certainty.

At Partswake, our goal is to make inventory circulation more transparent, efficient, and predictable. We accept electronic component inventory that meets the criteria below, and classify it through structured rules for initial matching and suitability assessment.

Accepted inventory must meet these basic requirements:

Identifiable

Clear part number and brand marking, with packaging or label information intact and legible.

Verifiable

Traceable origin, or appearance/batch information that meets industry standards.

Viable

Within warranty period, or still acceptable as a substitute, sample, or special procurement item.

Part 1: Supported Component Categories

We don’t require perfection—only components that can be verified and hold circulation value.

As long as they have basic identifiability and potential for market circulation, the following component types are within our scope of support:

Category Examples
Active Components Microcontrollers, processors (CPU / DSP / SoC), memory, FPGAs, logic devices
Passive Components Capacitors, resistors, inductors, EMI filters
Electromechanical & Connectors Switches, relays, connectors, terminal blocks
Power Components MOSFETs, IGBTs, power management ICs, power modules
RF & Specialty Devices RF amplifiers, oscillators, sensors, analog front-ends
Display & Optoelectronic Devices LEDs, optocouplers, OLEDs, infrared devices, lasers, photodetectors Components for transmitting, receiving, or converting optical signals

Please Prioritize the Following Three Points:

  • Clear and Complete Identification – Labels, part numbers, brand names, and package details should be intact and legible, enabling accurate system recognition and material evaluation.
  • Genuine, Usable Stock – Inventory must be in a ready-to-use condition, with defined quantities and the ability to be allocated or shipped, ensuring smooth progression through subsequent system workflows.
  • Source and Context Information – Include details such as origin, production/purchase date, batch information, and suitable customer segments.

We welcome undervalued yet genuinely usable inventory. As long as the information is readable and the circulation path is assessable, we’ll help you determine graded circulation opportunities.

Part 2: We Accept Components
from Verified Sources

If it can be verified, we welcome your inventory submission.

Our focus is not on the supplier’s name card, but on the verifiability and circulation logic of the stock itself. Below are our core standards for evaluating inventory sources:

Source Verification Criteria

  • Originates from a verifiable supply channel (e.g., OEM, authorized distributor, compliant sourcing channel)
  • Retains original labels, box markings, packaging details, or other source identifiers
  • Has basic traceability that allows for an established, compliant circulation path

Eligible submission roles include (but are not limited to)

  • OEM / ODM manufacturers
  • Authorized distributors / resellers
  • EMS / CM / assembly facilities
  • Inventory management providers / material disposition services
  • Engineering stock held by enterprise technical, procurement, or testing departments

As long as the components have identifiable markings, residual labels, and logically deducible source clues, they can enter Partswake’s initial verification and classification process.

Part 3: Packaging and Condition Guidelines

What Conditions Do We Accept?

Packaging Type Acceptance Notes
Factory-Sealed (Original Label) Preferred Best match standard—recommended for priority submission
Dry-Packed Reels/Trays with Labels Supported Original batch markings preserved, aiding identification and matching
Opened Tape / De-reeled Material Acceptable Certain items accepted, subject to evaluation of material condition and packaging integrity
Bulk / Large Components Special Case Assessed based on material characteristics and circulation objectives—contact us for consultation
EOL / Discontinued Components Conditional If in good condition with basic identification, feasibility for release can be evaluated

Part 4: Submission Guidelines

We support multiple inventory submission methods—no manual data cleaning or format conversion required. The system will automatically recognize and process your data:

  • Single Entry – Directly input part number, brand, and quantity
  • List Submission – Paste a bulk list or upload a spreadsheet
  • Full BOM – Supports Excel, CSV, PDF, and other common formats; can recognize varying structures

Whether you’re submitting for the first time or have prior experience, we handle different volumes with flexibility and ease.

The system automatically determines the optimal matching path based on your data structure, and when necessary, provides clear prompts and suggestions—so you don’t need to worry about inconsistent formats or missing fields.

Even if your information isn’t fully complete, we encourage you to submit. Every upload is the starting point for targeted RFQs and sales matchmaking.

Part 5: Submission Tips

Minimize errors, speed up processing, and improve listing efficiency.

To save time and help your inventory enter the matching process faster, we recommend
avoiding the following common issues before submission:

Typical situations that may cause delays or temporary holds

  • Missing labels or unclear markings that make it difficult to accurately identify component information
  • Visible physical damage, non-original packaging, or relabeling without explanation
  • Submissions consisting of engineering samples (ES), demo units, or internal test items not intended for circulation
  • Components stored long-term in uncontrolled environments without ESD protection

Rest assured: Even if your submission contains incomplete information or non-standard elements, the system will automatically flag
items for review and provide handling suggestions. You can then supplement or decide on follow-up actions without restarting the process.

At Partswake, we are committed to identifying inventory with circulation potential, providing structured evaluation and path determination
based on clear information—ensuring every resource enters a compliant and controlled circulation process.

Not sure if your inventory is eligible? Let the system decide for you.

Once you upload your inventory list, the system will automatically complete structural recognition, field mapping, and an initial circulation assessment
—then provide clear guidance for each item:

  • Label Status – Acceptable / Needs Supplement / Not Recommended for Circulation
  • Boundary Item Suggestions – For components with unclear identification or special conditions, the system will provide supplemental recommendations or handling guidance
  • Dedicated Support – An account manager can help complete missing details, discuss circulation paths, or provide secondary confirmation

Smart circulation begins with a clear input. At Partswake, every movement of your inventory is made meaningful—and more worthy of trust.
