  • Timely RFQ Response – We recommend responding to RFQ requests within 1 business day to improve matching efficiency and buyer trust.
  • Adherence to Process & Record Standards – Use platform-provided transaction record systems, quality inspection interfaces, and delivery timeline guidelines to ensure smooth cooperation.
  • Professional Delivery & Pricing Conduct – Demonstrate clarity and discipline in pricing strategies, shipping arrangements, and quality control.

Prohibited Practices

  • Submitting relabeled materials without disclosure
  • Listing inventory of unverified origin or without a documented traceability chain (“gray stock”)
  • Refusing collaboration, repeatedly ignoring requests, or failing to cooperate in quality-related investigations

Violation Handling Policy

If a supplier repeatedly violates platform cooperation rules or persistently refuses to address issues collaboratively, the platform reserves the right to suspend trading privileges or terminate account eligibility.
